Life is nearly back to normal in most areas around the country. Nonetheless, please ensure that you stick to the precautions. The Coronavirus is not going away. It is here to stay. Protect yourself and others around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions. Most countries have seen cases of COVID-19 and many are experiencing outbursts. The supremacy of China and some other countries have succeeded in controlling their cases. However, the circumstances are unsure for the cases so keep updating yourself. Follow the advice provided by your local public health agencies. Here is what you need to do:

Wear Mask
Wear a mask when you go out form your home. Face masks are a need of the pandemic era – a visual image for the tiny, unseen viral infections that could be lurking around any corner. You can also opt for a scarf or handkercheif to cover your face.

Common Questions About Coronavirus

Social Distancing
Social distancing is a very important change in behaviors for slowing or stopping the spread of virus infections especially for those who are at higher risk. Stay at least six feet away from others. Reduce your rate of contact with other people or the public unless necessary.

Practice Cleanliness
Wash hands habitually with soap or hand sanitizer and water for at least 20-30 seconds. Make sure to wash hands after and before touching your face, using the washroom, when you leave and return to your home, before preparing or eating food, etc.

Self-Quarantine
Self-quarantine means to remove yourself from others and stay home as much as possible for that 14-day period. It is necessary to self-monitor if the person at risk of infection — even though the person still doesn’t have symptoms ― had a higher chance of exposure.
